Be considerate of the neighborhood by following our
Rules of Living
.

It is important to avoid noise: at the pool, in the parking lot, on balconies, courtyards or in corridors.

▪ Behave respectfully to promote a calm, peaceful and serene atmosphere on the premises.

▪ Speak quietly.

▪ If you choose to communicate by Skype or FaceTime with your loved ones, do it quietly and in a soft voice.

▪ Outside, avoid phone conversations on speaker phone. Conversations from the ground floor to balconies and music are permitted.

▪ An appropriate dress code and respectful language is of essence for everyone.

▪ Be courteous to the staff.


Basic regulations

  • Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is open from 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

  • BBQ

You must clean the grills of the community BBQ and turn off the gas after use.

  • Cats

It is forbidden to feed stray cats.

  • Guests

Guests may use the parking spaces identified as "Guest" for a maximum of two days.

  • Smoke

Smoking is prohibited in elevators, hallways, stairwells in the Clubhouse and around the pool.

It is prohibited to modify or deactivate smoke detectors.

  • Drying

It is not permitted to use your yard fence or balcony railing to dry your towels or clothing.

  • Parking

Parking passes are mandatory for vehicles owned by tenants and owners. Visitors can park in the « Guest »

parking spaces for a maximum of 2 days.

  • Air conditioning and food

To prevent the proliferation of insects when condos are unoccupied, it is forbidden to leave food in the condo. The air conditioning must be set to 76 ̊F.

  • Swimming pool

It is forbidden to smoke, dive, eat in the pool and leave objects floating if you are not in it. It is forbidden to use plates, glasses or bottles of brittle materials around the pool. You cannot reserve chairs while you are not around the pool area and smoking is allowed only in the smoking section near the outdoor shower.

Open from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm, noises should be avoided around the pool

  • Noise

TV, radio and other noise-generating devices should be adjusted to the minimum volume between 10:30 am and 8:00 am, all other noises should be avoided (e. g. door noises...)

Outside the building: music is not allowed, do not talk out loud around the pool, in the parking lot or in corridors... Avoid Skype/FaceTime and hands-free phone conversations.

  • Damage

Damages to the property must be reported and will be charged to the owner. The owners are responsible for all damages caused by their tenants, it is their responsibility to prevent them and to hold their tenants accountable.

  • Hurricane

All objects (chairs, tables, etc.) on the balcony or patio that could damage the building during hurricanes must be secured inside. During the absence of tenants, objects must be secured inside... (Hurricane period: June 1 to Nov. 30)

  • Toilet

Avoid flushing cleaning wipes (material or paper), make-up wipes or cotton pads make-up remover and tissue paper, etc.

  • Bicycles

Use the north side elevator instead of the main entrance to transport bicycles.

  • Dress Code and Language

Always wear appropriate clothing on the premises and use a respectful language.
